Refund & Cancellation

Donations:

All donations made to TVIHELP FOUNDATION are voluntary and non-refundable. However, in the event that an error has occurred with your donation, such as a duplicate donation or incorrect amount, please contact us within 48 hours of making the donation and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Membership:

Memberships are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your membership, please contact us and we will cancel your membership effective immediately.

Volunteering:

Volunteering with TVIHELP FOUNDATION is voluntary and you may cancel your volunteer commitment at any time. However, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your volunteer shift so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Event Tickets:

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else, provided that you contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by TVIHELP FOUNDATION, we will make every effort to provide you with a refund or credit towards a future event.
